Maxi Geil! & Playcolt

They're coming to my neck of the woods on 1/14. Considering all the hype about them, are they worth seeing? What do you think, NYC-area folks?

 

So no one has heard of them? I caught on to them from Fluxblog.

 

Considering that they're all visual artists as well as musicians, it might make sense. They're also slated to play Radio Radio that same night, which is the show I'm thinking about going to.

 

Footix, surely you've heard of this band, right?

 

There's a great Maxi Geil mp3 ("Please Remember Me") posted at Fluxblog (www.fluxblog.org). The more I read about this band, the more I want to go see them.
