And Everton still can't beat Spurs @ The Lane. Way to go fellas, great effort you put in today. Suddenly, me using the "You let Kanoute score on you" bit is quickly fading. Leave it to a team who's best player still can't buy liquor to ruin my joke. B@stards.

And Tottenham still can't win the League. Way to go fellas, great effort you put in every year. Suddenly, me using the "Sperz are Arsenal's bitch" bit is quickly fading. Leave it to a team who's fans can't even remember the time they last won the league to ruin the joke. B@stards.

On a more harmonious and positive note, the Jaguars won. And Leftwich looked great, like the first-round pick that he was. Freddy T, as always, was superb. And I've come to the conclusion that we need an England Rivalries "Official Double and OPArsenal Jacksonville Jaguars Thread," or, "Look, Spurs and Gunners CAN Get Along."

I hate it when people on these boards say, OMG A manc and a scouse agree on something, the last sign of the apocalypse! Such idiots.

On a more serious note, 1-4! Hopefully we can build on this.

And lastly, get your own smack. Don't edit mine. It just makes you a nobody.

I'm sorry, what did you tell me not to do?

It's about time our boys got a win, and I think that if JDR keeps the BL7 and JS82 combo, with a little Cortez Hankton and Freddy T mixed in, and a dose of inspired defense, we have us a winning football team next year. Let's hope.

Would you both just shut up about your h0mo US sporting rivalry. PM it, because nobody else cares. It keeps ruining otherwise decent threads.

Sorry, sir, this colonist didn't mean to step on your toes. Back to how one shite team can't beat another shite team at the latter shite team's home ground. This thread should've been called "Look, someone sucks worse than Sperz!!"

Yet Spurs and Everton are both better than any MLS team on the go

No doubt, but that isn't a good reason to not support MLS if you live here in the states. If it's not supported, it never will get better.

No, it wasn't you f'ing genius. I am all for supporting teams in league that aren't right on top. I support Shamrock Rovers in the Irish league and Tranmere Rovers/Wigan in the Nationwide. What I was pointing was that you can't say "let's not talk about Everton or spurs because they're crap!... I know, let'stalk about MLS"... so, it was infact you OPArsenal who implied that shite teams aren't worth talking about

Which indeed shows that if anybody in here is a gloryhunter, it is indeed you. Checkmate.

The only responses I have are these: Go Jags, and come on you Revs. I like how those tems are atop their various tables.

Yeah, I know it. Royals is our new punter/holder, and from the way he looked on Sunday, he'll be capable. Ironically, one of the Jag's linemen told the Florida Times-Union that he was "really afraid" whenever Byron Leftwich took a swing at the wood. He said that he grew up in the country and knew how to chop wood, and was "scared" at "Byron's flailing."

Yet both Spurs and Everton tried unsuccessfully to lure and keep MLS players on their rosters.

    MLS must really suck....

In a bag with a cat.
Strictly speaking Tranmere is not in Scouseland, as it's on the south bank of the Mersey, opposite Liverpool. I think people from Wirral (the area Tranmere's in) get moody if you call them scousers.
