    Out of 10, I would give it a 9.

there have been some mental blunders, but all around, all the games with the exception of the Monterrey-Pachuca (1st leg) have been entertaining. Every team played to win, no team bunkered. The pace was desireable. The goals were fun. The return legs were alot better than the 1st leg of each series.

I would give the level of play an 8.75563.

Really, it's been very entertaining to watch. It's been lacking in defense, but I don't know if that's necessarily a negative. I wouldn't have thought Monterrey and Pumas to be the two strongest teams coming in, but they've showed that they are. Can't argue with results.

The one thing I really like about this year is that there is no stupid repechaje. God, I hated that thing. It's nice to have this system in place where it really is very simple. Top two in each group go. Then, the best two third-place finishers go and that's that, cut and dry. None of this Team A finished with seven points less than Team B but they still have to play because Team C finished second in their group and Team D has a minus-two goal differential and blah blah blah.

Let's hope the final doesn't disappoint but really I don't see either of these teams bunkering down.

I really agree with that...I hope these two teams go at each other with everything....looking at the liguilla as a whole, I think that if you really want to find weaknesses, its the defense...but who cares the soccer has been really entertaining...if you want defensive soccer go watch the calcio.

It's up there. I give it an 8.

There were mental and defensive errors in Barca vs. Madrid this year too.
