The hotel I am staying at put me in touch with the Portland City Grill -- they will likely show the game. The manager on duty at 1pm will make the final call, but that is a quiet time (and they have Telefutura) so this looks likely. Rarified air that high above the ground, so let me know if you find another locale.
Make sure you make it to the Timbers match at PGE park. It's going to be a good one since it's against Seattle.
