3-0 WITH 20 TO GO. Two Malbranque goals have shut the Tynesiders up! What a performance by the Whites. This is what we have been waiting for and expecting all season! Just in time for Chelsea!!! However, this one is n ot over yet!

4-1 for Fulham! Unbelieveable match. I never would have guessed this result! The confidence is flowing now. Nottingham Forest on Wednesday in the Carling Cup and then the scum, Chelsea, next Saturday! Good times for Fulham! It is about time!

First things first, if anyone would like to see Fulhams thrashing of Newcastle it will be playing on Fox Sports World at 8:00 pm EST tonight (Monday, 11/8)

The BBC has provided "Virtual Replays" of the following Fulham goals against Newcastle:

Collins John and Louie Boa Morte

    Enjoy.

Ok WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW. Crossley had the best match all year by any Premiership keeper. The Defense one word GREAT. The Counter attack was some of the best counter attacking football by any team this year. Andy Cole is not 33 years old. Newcastle could not defend Cole. Really you cant blame the defense especially when your manager takes off a defender for a Forward.Great performance by Fulham.

The Fulham counter attack was something to behold tonight as I watched the game. Crossley was absolutely brilliant. The thing many people probably do not realize is that Newcastle played their asses off and lost 4-1. Newcastle did not play that bad. Crossley just made some great saves and counter attack worked to perfection on a few different occasions. The defense did some bending, but did not break. Shearer was not really a factor, outside of bitching to the referee. Kluivert and Bellamy were causing some problems though. All in all, great win and lets hope it keeps rolling with the Carling Cup on Wednesday and the scum on Saturday!

That Counter attack of Fulham was simply WORLD CLASS at the highest quality. One thing that helped Fulham was THAT BOA MORTE DID NOT CRY. I put that in big letters because it really helps when Boa Morte will accept any calls by the ref and just play Football. When Boa Morte plays Football he can be a world class player but, when he cries he does not do well and just looks for the penalty or foul.Big win and really a totlly deserved win.

Also Fulham are now only 5 points out of Europe. Fulhams back and no way is Cole 33.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Two weeks ago Fulham was in the relegation zone and now you are talking about qualification to Europe through the league table and not the Carling Cup? I hope it happens, but let's take things one game at a time.

The only thing I can say about the counteratack was that it was absolutely TEXT BOOK! Boa Morte's goal was the perfect example of what can happen if a defense gets frustrated, pushes too far up and leaves one of the fast men in the EPL upfront. And yes, Boa Morte runs like the wind.

Crossley really is the one to thank here. Any early goal by Newcastle could've change the game totally. But they didn't and we taught them one thing...don't "F" with Fulham.

The player of the match should of been the team. When Crossley might not of made the save it was the defense who stepped up and blacked the shot. When They were on the counter it was like 3 or 4 players working not just 1 player trying to do too much. Also Andy Cole when he took the ball away from the Newcastle defender for the 2nd goal he could of very easily try to take the shot himself but, no what does he do he passes the ball to Malbraque. A player who has scored goals whenever he wants to and could of scored that goal passes the ball. It was a real team out there Sunday. Boa Morte even played like a team player.

Maybe this will be the opposite of last season, starting strong and staggering to the finish. We had a really bad start but its definately not too late in the season to turn this around and compete. We put ourselves in a deep hole though.

    300 posts, i get a cake
