When I first saw the commericial, I thought.....OH PLUHLEASE! But then I remember I said the same thing about "Dream Team"...lol. Even my wife (who doesn't like football) got caught up into watching that show too.

I might give it a try and this is coming from a guy who doesn't watch anything but news, sports, and movies.

Yes - more just pure crap to watch. I heard that this show was really bad. They do have the first couple of seasons out on DVD so you can always pick those up to get ahead. I'm not sure about this one.

I'm sucked into Dream Team which hasn't been on for awhile, but I don't know about the FW.

i can't believe that any men watch either of these shows to be honest. if you like these, you might want to quit your jobs and see what quality programming the big 3 networks have on tap EVERY WEEKDAY AFTERNOON. Coma after coma, and every day you will get to see at least 1 jilted lover catch her man cheating on her with her best friend/sister/boss/mother/brother(?)

Because we can do without the spam. The show doesn't relate to Arsenal, Chelsea, or ManUtd.

They were advertising this crap on World Soccer Daily today. Bloody awful. Why on earth would they think this appeals to male fans in the slightest?

Are you married? I ask because Dream Team was one of the shows that got my wife into watching FSC (well FSW at the time) with me. She now watches the Report with me a bit and the show was helpful during the initial stage of getting her interested in football. Sure its a silly soap in football clothing and I got bored with the relationship silliness but I thought the football stuff was fun. Interesting seeing EPL teams from yesteryear facing mighty Harchester United. It sounds like this new show is even less connected to the game so I'll probably skip it but I'm glad they showed Dream Team.

    A little update:
I saw the first couple of episodes and I'm not a big fan. Even less football content than Dream Team.

Dream Team Season 5 kicks off Thu, Aug. 25, 9 p.m. ET on Fox Soccer Channel.

Here is a link with 23 reasons you might like the show. ;)

I just rented the first season if Footballers Wives so I guess I will be watching it this weekend. Beats waiting each week and watching it with commercials. It may be bad, but I'm sure it will be fun to watch.
