Reports on 3rd div games from Germany will take some time this season as sports.de, which covered 3rd div live, was bought by sportal.de and they just deliver the results some time after the game.

Anyway, yesterday Osnabrück won their season opener 2-0 at home vs Dresdner SC. Enochs played full 90. Guido Spork, the matchwinner who scored both goals, later on said that his personal success was only possible because of Enochs' excellent defense work behind him. Osnabrück is one of the main favourites to promote to 2nd div.

Thanks, Olaf. I'm been trying to find game lineups and what players actually played from this weekend's 3rd division matches.

I was trying as well, but not even the site of the 3rd divisions covers more than the results and the scorers. I found this info in the Osnabrück Sunday newspaper.

If I remember correctly, Enochs was named to kicker's allstar team for div.3. Couldn't he get sold to a better team? Also, isn't Osnabruck in Austria?

You're probably thinking of Innsbruck. Osnabrück is in Lower Saxony (west/northwest of Germany) - IIRC I use to drive 45 to 60 minutes between Gütersloh and Osnabrück and not about 9 hours. Enochs is 30, he's feeling very well here and I don't think that he'll change as long as he feels that he is a valuable player for the team. He's got good chances to be 2nd div with Osnabrück next year and more is not possible for him in this age. Additionally OS doesn't have the reputation of a bad paying club.

Yes, maybe it was Innsbruck I was thinking of. West Northwest of Germany would be Belgium if I recall correctly (if I understood you correctly that Osnabruck is not in Germany). Yes.....I always get Innsbruck, Salzburg, and one other bruck that I forgot about confused. Auf Wiedersein
