Thanks for the photos. Can someone give me an idea on attendence? I know it was for a New Year's Day game, but it still looks pretty small.

The storm has been averaging under 2,000 fans per game.

Thanks for the photos! It is always greatly appreciated. I am not a bear fan , but the bears played at 3:15 yesterday and the Storm stated at 4. It bugs me to say this , but if the bears win or lose , people just are not going to any other sporting events when the bears play. Last year , we did not have any sunday home games untill the bears were done.

Nice to see they have sorted out the playing surface, it was a bit makeshift at the game I went to.
Not to sure about California's kit, although I seem to remember Wichita playing in something a lot worse.

Yes. They have a newer, more cushioned surface.
Wouldn't want to fall down hard on the new rug, but compared to last year's...um..threadbare surface, there is cushioning on the new carpet.

The Bears game was shifted a week and a half before the game because FOX thought the game might have playoff implications. The Storm had the game scheduled thinking that the Bears started at noon like it was originally scheduled. Lets hope the Bucs beat the Redskins this weekend which would mean a Saturday Home game for the Bears next week otherwise the Bears will play Sunday opposite the Storm once again.

    Go Bucs
    Go Bears
    Go Storm

I am not a bear fan , but I rather not see the bear games be at the same time as the Storm games anymore.

They remind me of something you might see in the Mexican League.
