    I thought he was going to receive a touch line ban for the abuse he put an official at the ManU/Newcastle game that got him sent off.

    GOOD POINT. However I am sure that the F.A. will enforce the touchline ban from the end of May all the way through to the beginning of August 2004!!

    That is a very salient point, billy. Mancs, feel free to tell us that Sir Red Nose did nothing wrong.

    You've got a good point there, unless his absence from the Southampton and Wolves (?) games count, how long is the ban?

    I know he was on the side for the S'ton game, I watched it,

    don't know about wolves, who would watch that?

    i may be mistaken, so nobody jump down my throat, but i watched the wolves game. i seem to remember the scottish alkie on the sidelines of that game as well

    Maybe the suspension was lifted on the grounds of Uriah Rennie being the worst referee in world history
