This week's selection for goal of the week voting on MLSnet.com are nothing special. In fact, not one of them stands out--they all apear to be "normal" goals. The problem I have are the goals they selected to allow us to vote on. The best goal of the week, in my opinion, was not even chosen as one of those which you can vote on. Brian McBride's perfectly placed header was by far the most classy goal--yet, they left it out of the voting

You can still see it on the "Hit Parade" below the voting. I wish there was a way to vote for any of the goals...

What is your favorite goal of the week?

I think you missed Damani's goal.

No, I definately saw it. It was good, but I wasn't as impressed with that finish as I have been with previous goals of the week.

I thought McBride's goal was nothing special. A bad play by Countess is all.

I thought Damani Ralph's goal was the best. Beautiful turn on the defender.

Pat Noonan's was also better than McBride's.

Thought it was a lovely placed header, but not goal of the week. Don't see how you can blame Countess on that goal. He was left stranded by Dunseth, who failed to cover McBride.

Agreed. A cracking strike as well with his off foot.

When John Spencer, the shortest guy on the field, wins a header over the KC defense, you gotta throw that one in there.
