So I'm doing the old pull system, but I want to transfer over to the new system. Unless I'm not seeing it, I can't find a way to change systems. Halp!

That's odd, cause in the time I've had my youth academy when I've pulled up trained players they're consistently better. Meaning I may get a better player occasionally in the lottery but overall I waste less of my time using the academy system.
I like my youth academy more than managing the first team. The strategy and options you have in molding the youth is interesting. for me matchday at the senior level has gotten stale and needs work.
