    Good afternoon all,

I'm currently in the process of creating a proposal to build futsal courts in the town I'm stationed at and looking for advice. I've already done some research and mostly need help in bringing it all together into a formal proposal to present to the town's parks and rec and then to the mayor and maybe the base's leadership. What type of proposal should I use? What information should I provide?

So far I have potential sources of funding (safe places to play grant) and future revenue streams and possible site locations.

    Appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

    That sounds great.

I think any proposal you bring should make a strong case that they will actually be used. Most Americans don't know what futsal is. You've got a bit of a learning curve to confront.

If you want to build them in NYC all you have to do is give 20 million to DeBlasio our fake Italian Mayor. That is how NYC got Uber and MMA. Pretty soon if the money is right we will have casino gambling and legal prostitution.

MMA was banned by state law, not city law.

Thank you. I've already contacted them and they are currently only in the Portland/Oregon area but they eventually want to go national.
