Describe, both by your vote and your follow-up message, your view of CONCACAF's fundamental mission...upon what should it be focused? What should it be delivering?

I voted "Twin pillars", which if done right could foster both profit and help develop the game in the Caribbean.

Does anyone have a breakdown of CONCACAF's budget?

    (in my best Joe Pesci)
"Who did the budget, where's all the money. Fuck, man! It's a mystery, it's a mystery wrapped in a riddle inside an enigma! The fuckin' Executive Committee don't even know, don't you get it?"

CONCACAF's mission is to put as much money into the pockets of BlackJack Warner as possible, while bringing Trinidad & Tobago to the World Cup final.

    Fundamentally, what is CONCACAF's mission?

    Well, its two missionas actually:

    Mission 1: Line Warners pockets...
Mission 2: (As long as he's in charge) To look for new and clever ways to screw Mexico over (the US too if the oppotunity should arise, but thats just added pleasure).

I voted "generate as much $$$ as possible" BTW... sad part is $$ out of $$$ end up in JW's bankroll...

Main objective - to get as many dollars as possible. To achieve this they must -

    1) Hold as many games as possible in the US. Preferably with Mexican teams as to get the largest intake of cash.

    2) Spend as little as possible on promoting games and tournaments, as that would actually involve spending money.

    3) Make it seem as though it's the prestige of winning CONCACAF tournaments that should motivate teams and federations to participate as opposed to offering large monetary awards to tournament participants and winners. The reason for this is of course that offering lots of cash would again, involve CONCACAF actually spending money. A definite no no in their book.

    4) Be constantly on the look-out for anything the FMF does that can be possibly exploited in such a way that CONCACAF gets a piece of the pie.

As of this writing, 52% of respondents would say the "twin pillars" outlook should be the essence of CONCACAF's mission.

    Is it?

If you think it is, peace and hair grease.

If not, then what processes and actions should (must?) take place in order for that to become a reality.

Don't just say get rid of someone; that's useless, and, if you believe that fundamentally CONCACAF is structured differently from a mission-based structure (e.g., twin pillars, above), then changing people may change very little. Go deeper. Think more critically.

How about merging CONMEBOL & CONCACAF and ridding ourselves of the Warner, Blazer & Rothenberg disease that infests and continues to hamper our confederation in so many known and unknown ways.
