What's the difference between the different sorts of exchangable studs? I.e. aluminium, aluminium tipped, nylon, rubber.

What's the best one to wear and in what conditions? And what are the most comfortable exchangable studs?

    Any help is appreciated.

They're all the same comfort-wise essentially. I prefer the Nylon ones partly because we're not supposed to wear metal studs and to me, metal studs don't work as well on thick, wet grass.

Rubber studs are for icy pitches, not very common

i haven't worn true 6-studs in awhile but i imagine that metal are better then nylon. World Cup's don't come standard with nylon anymore, nor are they readily available.
