This is a big match. The comeback againt Luton while impressive, was not a great match. Liverpool is one of the bigger teams, and this match is on SKy Sports. I think that this is a great oppourtunity to show that Charlton is a good team. The Villa loss needs to be put out of their minds and focus on stopping the improved Liverpool squad.

Euell is out of the match, due to his red card against Man U.

Excellent match today and Charlton really played well. They matched Liverpool pass for pass, attack for attack and really played up to their potential. I never thought Lisbie had a hat trick in him as he seemed a little tentative at the start. His last goal was pure class and a fitting end to a flowing entertaining game.

If Charlton play like that as opposed to the limp performance in the Man Utd game they will be OK. Jensen and Parker can really drive this team into the top half.

I love the way this person writes. It is fun to read.

This is a huge victory for Charlton. They are in a very difficult stretch fo matches. The loss at Villa Park last week was definatly a bad result as Charlton controlled the match, and had a goal disalowed on a phantom foul. Lisbe is a streaky player. He is on a hot streak, five goals in the last three games.

What a great victory. I can't wait to watch the highlights on Charlton's website.

Well, after the week's performance by Lisbie, I'd say I owe him an apology. I'd criticised his first touches and his indecision of what to do when he was alone with the ball. He's doing what he did a couple of years ago. We need to now keep him in the lineup as the Addicks need someone with a "hot hand".

I have only watched the first 15 minutes so far but Claus seemed to be everywhere yesterday. The midfield seemed to control the flow of play. I'll be looking forward to watching the whole match tonight.

It would be wonderful if they could go to Pompey this week and win. However, they get into one of those situations that they've had in the past where the Addicks get on a run and then International matches show up in the schedule and the team doesn't play for two weeks. The layoff causes them to lose momentum and they start losing again.

If you haven't seen Lisbie's third goal yet, you're in for a treat. A definite candidate for goal of the year.

I was in London for the weekend and managed to get tix to the match. Gotta say Lisbie's third goal was magnificent. His confidence was overflowing at that point and it served him well. The crowd was singing "SUPER KEV, KEVIN LISBIE". I don't think anyone minded that DiCanio was left on the bench. Gotta say that Scottie Parker definitely impressed as well.

Just watched the video, that was phenomenal. I don't know if Liverpool could defend against my son's U-9 rec team, but take nothing away from Lisbie's performance. Or Kiely's.

I thought the whole team played well with the exception being Chris Perry (but then he's from Spurs). Perry's holding would have made an NFL offensive lineman embarrased.

Luke Young really stood out for me. He seemed to be really closing them down on the right and then pushed up on offense. I think the same could be said for Chris Powell as well.

I just watched the clips. Wow is all that I have to say. That would have been a great match to have seen. I really liked Lisbe's cross-over move that sprund him for the third goal. That was nice.

It appeared that Jensen had a good game. That midfield of Euell, Jensen, Holland and Parker is awesome. I know that Euell did not play, but when things are clicking they are really good.

The day thatmost of the Premiership sites have free high quality video highlights will be a miracle. I think Charlton has the best site in the Premiership.
