Check out this website, http://www.improveverywhere.com/bestgig/. It's hilarious. An improv group in NYC decided to give an unknown band (Ghost of Pasha) the "Best Gig Ever". 35 of them went to one of their shows and acted like rabid fans and the band completely bought it. A friend used to be in the band and he told me about it. He said that the day after the show, the band called him to tell him about the amazing show they had played in NYC. But then they called back a few days later when they learned the truth about the improv performance. They were disappointed but good-natured about it. Overall, a pretty funny stunt.
