What do you think guys? http://www.asiancup2004.com/ I think it's cool. A lot better than the Olymipic design and equally cool if not better than the Euro 2004 designs. The mascot is called Bei Bei. He's a monkey because next year is the year of the monkey in the Chinese zodiac, and even though it isn't the same character, "bei" is a homophone for the word that means "Cup," as in "Asian Cup." The logo is cool, too. One might say that it's cliche, but at least it isn't funny-looking or ugly.
I just noticed the dates, too. 7/17 - 8/7 There should be no excuse from the European based players for them not to come. I don't wanna hear this "OH WE'RE SO OVERWORKED AND TIRED!" crap!

The monkey is rather disturbing. Still, it's a far sight better than those technicolor amoebas from WC 2002 or Blinky the Magic Sperm from the Atlanta Olympics.
