Hi, Any help on this colourway? Seems like the white/gold AZT90 III but with a black toebox (see the white space around the swoosh on the toe...) Limited? Perhaps a extra manly rugby player didn't want all white boots? Maybe they are a rugby edition of the AZT90 IIIs? They released one for the IIs (Nike Air Total Rugby). Any ideas? I am pretty sure thats just black tape on his toebox sorry to disappoint you mate you can see his team mate wears the normal white gold in the third picture i doubt that he would have customized boots. They are damm ugly anywayz the colours clash so i can confidently say that is just either black rugby tape or electrical tape
Agree with you about the ugliness However the finish looks too good to be tape, you can see the stitching on the toe box... Could well be wrong however. Also, is the soleplate different to the white/gold AZTIII? Not a great picture really!
Im not sure he seems to have gone to a lot of effort to keep the Nike swoosh on display if it is just black tape? But like you've said its not really the BEST picture so we cant really tell. appleCORR
at first i thought that he had those customized but I am almost certain that its black electrical tape...as u know in rugby the foot is also used and some rugby players use this tape on the toes of their cleats to give em better grip in wet conditions...
