Tailgate starts at approximately 4pm, same location (under the trees). Bring your own food and drinks, but a grill will be there. If Giant Eagle still has the 24 pack of Oettinger for $15.99 special, then I'll be bringing a case of the Gotha, Germany-based beer again. We need to carry the momentum over from the end of last week. So I hope we will have an increased number of supporters at the tailgate!!!
I may try to tag onto the tailgate at the end. Kick the ball around a few times. Last week we were deathly late getting into the stadium. I'll be there by 5:30pm for sure maybe 6:00pm at the latest. Oh, don't you worry, the momentum will continue! V-Army's drumming and chanting on the stairs drew a lot of attention. I say a few minutes before kick-off we have a small group of northenders (5 or so) drum and chant in front of 138 and 136 and try to get people involved. I also think it's time for the jersey flag! Most of Legion will be there very early, so we can give you 3-5 people for set-up. Thoughts....
I didn't say anything last week, was going to, then I hit a few delays. Who knows. I was at a tailgate earlier this year, and this game is as good as any to get my grill on.
