      It wouldn't be nearly as bad if he scaled back on his number of posts on a given topic. But when I read 18 times that the fans around him are stupid, I tend to get a little annoyed.

      I don't think your response was too mean-spirited, though. He seems to be pretty thick-skinned. He'll bounce back, I'm sure.
