    Long time follower of MLS, though I have never actually been to an MLS game in my life. Chose my allegiance to the Chicago Fire once they gained a team in 1998. I am super pumped for AC St. Louis to begin play this year. I guess one could call me a far off soccer fan. I happen to grow up in the same town as current Colorado Rapids goalkeeper Matt Pickens. I never played any soccer past middle school however to this day I still kick it around at some local indoor rec leagues.
