      Yeah, the Confederation Cup will be interesting (the Gold Cup less so). With the MLS season, I hope all these international fixtures don't distract too much from World Cup qualifying. I think it will be alright for two reasons: First, most of the first-choice American players are with European clubs that will be in their off-season over the summer. Second, the US now has 30-40 players capable of playing at the international level. Hopefully the US will send the A Team to the Confederation Cup and a young team to the Gold Cup.

      good point. I am extremely interested to see how the US plays in the Confederations Cup. I just hope Brazil and Italy don't bring in their B squads and we can have the boys experience some truly great national teams.
