Also it will be reopened if say a player wins 3 ballon dors in a row or wins 5 in their career but say another hat trick of ballon d'ors happens or they win say 10,15,20+ ballon d'ors it will reopen (so a player can reopen it more than once)

Hey I have an idea can I please pitch it to you? So it's gonna be the all time ballon d'or which the voters will rank all the winners from worst to best based on stuff like overall impact on their era/ all of football number of awards won, consistency and you can add some more categories.
