Well, it's a reload year to say the least. The 2005 freshmen our now seniors, so the entitlement mentality that Texas had these past few years is thankfully gone. The new guys are hungry and unproven. There is a lot of talk about how good teams are in the big 12, but frankly, it's hard to guage teams based on last year's results. I expect Texas to win about 10 games, they'll win a game they shouldn't, and lose one they should win. I wouldn't mind gong out to the Rose Bowl again, though. Pasadena is very pretty.

I don't know if you know, but I produce the Spanish-language radio broadcasts of the games. We have a decent travel schedule this year, El Paso, Dallas, Boulder -- then Lubbock and (Brrrrr) Kansas in November. Hello KC Barbecue.

Is SC going to go all the way this year, or will they throw a shoe against a Pac 10 turd like they have the last two years?

Well Steven him self is always talking about the Guardian podcast, I actually never even considered it because I just don't have the time, but I'll probably try a show or two, do you know that Steven is trying to get Sven on his show?

For sure the The Howard "incident" was BS, Howard is a smart guy, and he was calling Steven on all of his BS, and the guy don't like that, I remember one of his excuses was that Howard was way too critical of American sports, and Kenny is the same, do the 2Gs still do their show? I listened to their show once or twice they are a bit boring IMO, and you do know that Graham(I believe that's his name) used to be one of Steven's buddies but he also called him on his BS and well you know....

I like it, IMO it was way better when Nick Geber was the co-host with Steven, I like some of their new guest like Vickery, Phil Ball, and Robbie Earle, and to be honest they are the ones that keep me up to date with the Premier League and the Champions since I rarely watch a game, and also I like the fact that they don't suck up to the MLS or US Soccer.

He's a Connecticut carpet bagger. And we don't mix politics with football in Texas. That only happens at the high school level.

What's wrong with Texas football? Is it the fact that Vince Young owns the biggest property in Pasadena? Is it the 8 super apperances and 20+ playoff victories by the cowboys?
