When it comes to commitment I am a "one-girl" or "one team" guy. In this case my team is driving me insane but we will work it with some counseling (summer shopping spree :D).

No, i understand. It becomes disjointed because you have to pick up old conversations and guys may have moved on. I remember the talk about you guys clinching and stuff. Footy and I had good posts about it and I understand you guys completely.

It's somewhat what has pissed me off about Bayern this year. Players and FO and coach think that everything is just a matter of showing up. Like we will catch BvB, we will be 2nd, we will be third, we will win the cup, we will win the CL. Well it has all gone to shit partly because of that entitlement mentality.

Best of luck, I will be pulling for you guys since I have to pull for Bayern against Vizekusen anyway.

Yes squiddy, I will share the flick link with you. We are currently collating all our pics and will sort them matchwise post the WC. 5 of us have been to all the games, and some local friends in each of the places the games were player. You can imagine how many pics we would have taken. :)

Well, me thinks you are jumping the gun here. I am not anti Ponting in the least. As for the booing goes, I am certain it happens everywhere. Besides, it was not that malicious booing, it was just a general booing. Ponting's upbringing has nothing to do with it. :)

To be fair to Amedavadis, Ponting was cheered for his 100. He was boo-ed because he claimed a catch that had clearly hit the ground a few inches in front of him. Also, maybe he was boo-ed for just being Ponting. :D Ponting the insufferable personality was boo-ed. Ponting the player was appreciated.

Yup, Ponting was boo-ed during the post game ceremony. Unfortunately I couldn't participate in those festivities as my voice was hoarse from 9 hrs of screaming. :p

I was on TV intermittently yesterday. My mom spotted me on two occasions.

We had a 1 am flight back from Ahmedabad, but we didn't reach the airport on time. So we hung around in the city and took the 5 am flight back to Mumbai. Partied hard. My voice is hoarse from all the shouting and cheering. And I'm low on sleep. So excuse my meaningless posts today. :p Too bad the game was on a week day. It should have been on a weekend. :(
