I quite agree with you: I guess some of us tried to make him understand our feeling in a very Japanese way: polite, not too much direct, subtly ironic. If he doesn't soften his tone, though, I guess we'll have to address the matter in a more direct way.
I had a feeling, from some of his posts on the US boards during the World Cup (that I of course assume you didn't read), that there could have been some problematic moments. We're going to see how it develops.
Bilssett -- do you know what kawasumi's next move is, since being relased by Gotham? It sounded to me like she had plans, but may be it was a full retirement? (We were secretly hoping for a 2 month contract with the Reign!!)
On the Nadeshiko Japan's thread is being reported that she should join Albirex Niigata Ladies, a currently middle-to-bottom team of WE League (Professional Women's League in Japan).
Not sure why she chose that particular team (or that team chose her) because the part of her career she played in Japan had always been with INAC Kobe Leonessa, so I would have expected her to try to end her career there, but maybe, at her age, she wasn't in their plans anymore.
She was criminally under-used in her last season in Gotham: an end of career in the Reign would have been so nice and so reminiscent of the good old times!!! I am sorry it didn't happen.
Hi Bliss. I know a person that wants to join the Nadeshiko Thread but every time they try they get a message saying "you have insufficient privileges to reply here". They asked me for help since I joined the thread relatively recently but I never had that issue myself. It says you created the thread so I was wondering if you have any solutions.

Hey bliss, since i'm back in the (Big Soccer forums) game late, have there been promotional adverts on the Nadeshiko? A lot of the other World Cup teams seem to have already, so i wonder if they have one too that i have missed while i was away.

haha Palabok is a native specialty, and yes you are right, the more European looking girls, are Filipinos based in America so it's natural i guess they aren't familiar with the type of noodle although i guess i was hoping some of them were introduced to it by their families?
hehe anyway yes, the non-European looking ones are those who grew up here :) and as for "Malditas" we are trying to move away from that cos as you say it is quite confusing with Australia's Matildas. and that term in Filipino or Spanish, isn't a very good one.
I am aware of what "Malditas" mean in Spanish. That's why I thought that the confusion with "Matildas" was intentional. But If you're trying to moving away from that, nevermind.
