I am not uninformed. What the KC folks don't seem to want to hear, is that their owners are looking for the best development for their business, not necessarily for the soccer team. If they had deep enough pockets they could just build a stadium in KC and move forward, which would be the best-case scenario for all involved. I actually sympathize with KC fans for having to put up with a constantly moving target. Every time they think they are about to get a stadium, the owners change gears. It's unfortunate that many people on BS don't want to discuss the actual facts on the table -- such as one KC owner saying that the most important consideration is Cerner, not the Wizards. But I fail to see how this kind of conversation marks me as "uninformed."
