I don't know what you're asking exactly. There is no separate PM tool for the referee forum, but you can PM anyone on the site. Click on the person's name and it opens up a box. There is a link that says "start a conversation"--that's how you write a PM. PMs arrive in your Inbox, which is at the top right of the screen, next to "Alerts." Hope that helps.
That is what I had inquired. I reckon there used to be a PM option, and the forum had a makeover of kind and now PM is "start a conversation." Thanks for the guidance.
just remember it from years ago, I always found this one great - and a little cheeky considering the Guardian was sending a shot at the Italians with the ad.
