ah, the history of English football according to sky, along with the phrase "in premiership history" as if the creation of the premiership was a radical structural change comparible with the formation of the Bundesliga in the 1960s. Still, at least because of it, next week I'll see my team lift the proper League championship trophy, something Man Utd haven't done since 1967. The premiership trophy looks like it was designed by chavs.

You say that Manchester United hasn't lifted the League championship trophy since 1967 as if it's a bad thing. We would have won it in '93 regardless. You wouldn't be criticising the Premiership trophy if Reading won it.
You know, I've always thought god had something against Everton..... 1912-1913: Sunderland 1913-1914: Blackburn Rovers 1914-1915: Everton League Suspended WW1 1936-1937: Manchester City 1937-1938: Arsenal 1938-1939: Everton League Suspended WW2 1982-1983: Liverpool 1983-1984: Liverpool 1984-1985: Everton English Teams Banned From Europe So let's get this right, out of all the events that have had a dramatic effect on English football, all three. The Two World Wars and European ban have happened when Everton were champions and just about the conquer the world.
DAMN!!! that may be worse then any other curse in sports. better hope everton doesn't win the league or else WWIII is gonna happen
