    1. Ronaldinho (goal scorer, overall great performance. Once again, guy is for big matches)
    2. Deco (if Ronnie wasnt the scorer I would have vote for him for MOM)
    3. Edmilson (Excellent performace; basicly he owned the midfield. He was great in air balls, great tackles...; deserve to be in top three)

Marquez was excellent too. Basicly all the team deserve the honor while THE TEAM beat Chelsea!!!!

Rafa, Puyol, Oleguer, Gio, and Sylvinho deserve a pat on the back as well. 2 goals over 2 legs. One an own goal, the other an undeserved penalty. WELL DONE DEFENSE!

Agreed! I am so pleased to see that our defense can hold up against a team like Chelsea!

    1) Ronaldinho - could there be any doubt?

    2) Deco

    3) Puyol

Every single member of the squad played well. Valdez was perfect, Edmilson, Motta, Márquez combined well with Puyol to shut down Chelsea's attack, Oleguer had the game of his life against Robben, Messi was looking dangerous before leaving with his injury. I am praying that he is OK and will not have recurring injury problems.

    for the second leg

    Ronaldinho
    Motta/Edmilson
    Ole/Rafa/Puyol

i saw the game at the delay taping and it was easy for me to concentrate sense i already knew the result and i think that everybody played well, there really isnt one player where you can say he didnt make an impact on the pitch, to back this up, we made no subs aside from Messi/Larsson but thats because of injury, no subs were neccessary sense every player was great

I'm sorry, but I have to do this:
1-.......Frank Rijkaard: Aboslute Mastery of the game. Had everything planned to perfection. Protect Valdes at all costs, and let anyone of the world's best players (pick and choose) decide the game with a moment of brilliance. The Motta/Edmilson combo was pure genius, and was one of the major differences between this and last year's games.
    2- Ronaldinho... No Comment
    3- Can't choose...really. Oleg, Puyol, Marquez, Motta...

    I´ll buy that.

Let´s all give Frank an honorary rep. Remember it doesn´t count as long as there are less than 5 posters saying the same thing.

    Frankie for President!

    ...by the way, Repped.

The top 4 are no surprise. But the fact that Puyol and Marquez are tied at 5th is an indication that our Defense is actually pretty damn good. :D Cheers.

    Osasuna-Barcelona

Well deserved loss today. Barcelona was un-recognizable. What an awefull game. Osasuna was clearly better. Bummer about Edmilson and Motta. Valdez is a mediocre goal keeper on a Super team.

    1-Ronaldinho
    2-Larsson
    3-Puyol

Yeah, agree. But irony doesnt doesnt help me to count this as a vote ;)

    1. Gaucho (the one that wasnt too terrible)

    nothing here

    2. Larsson (for scoring a goal; anyway, should have finished the chance he had before he scored)
    3. Oleguer (yeah, than you must know how bad others played)

    Top "lozers":
    Valdes (no comment)
Motta (Rijkaard should have sub him, he was slow and didnt organize well)
Deco ( I heard he played but dont remember to see him there)
    Giuly (Same as Deco)

    1. Puyol --Kept playing trying to organize the backline
    2. Larsson --Good finish, even after missing the first one
    3. Ronnie --Needs to play 100MPH from the first whistle, don't wait for the pressure to be on.

    Worst Men of the Match
    1. Valdes --I demand Jorquera next week.
    2. Rijkaard --You have to pull players when they suck (i.e. Deco) and don't give players PITY MINUTES (Giuly). Otherwise, You owe me about a full game or two of Maxi Lopez. Larsson was on fire and still is, yet you decide to run out Giuly.
    3. Deco --You can't afford to suck, you are SELLABLE.
