Montreal, Houston, and the LA Galaxy become the last MLS teams to play a home game this Saturday. Real Salt Lake is the team on the bye week.
Every MLS expansion team that has started 3-0-0 has gone on to make the playoffs in each of their first 13 seasons...
As annoying as length VAR reviews can be, at least it's not as bad as college basketball. The refs love to suck all the energy out of the game to see if a fingernail grazed a ball. End-game basketball is so stilted, drives me crazy.
No kidding! I swear, the review toward the end of today's Maryland-West Virginia game was so tedious, I thought 3 games that started much later than this one were going to end before the Terps and Mountaineers did!
With the season being only 28games and the new playoff format, we’re looking at around 40pts, maybe as low as 37, to get in. That’s around 1.1-1.25pts/g from here on out, which is VERY doable.
Ah! I see what I did! I thought less games because of Leagues Cup, and saw 28games, but that’s just intra-conference. Duh. I’ll go away now.
Soccer administrators never reduce games to make way for something new, they just add it. See expanded Champions League and World Cup, new expanded club World Cup, for examples.
The nice part of Fox being the worst broadcaster on Earth at starting games anywhere near the listed time is I got to watch the end of the Nascar Truck race and only miss 6 minutes of MLS game time.
He went to UW. Opened his first martial arts school here I believe. Is buried in Seattle. It was always considered a home by him.
Took about 30 seconds to switch from Fox to the Apple stream. The Fox feed has some of the worst pixelation and shadowing I've seen in a while. You could convince me it's a 480p broadcast that's being poorly upscaled.
Are you watching on Fox or are you watching on MLS Season Pass? If your answer is Fox......that's why the picture quality is not as good. Fox only broadcasts iin 720P
