Why is sonny drifting down near the top of the box to receive passes like a CAM??? Is that his doing or is it Conte's "tactic"?
Nobody has chemistry with anybody. Accepting that one's preferred formation isn't usable with the current team is hard, but Conte should have learned that lesson. He'll pay the price for not doing so.

Neither. I personally prefer managers who don't have one football philosophy they follow rigidly, but rather, take stock of the players they have and adapt.
Spurs chose Conte, United chose ETH, Spurs chose poorly and lost longterm stability. Or as it's been widely reported that hiring Conte was a Levy decision - his meddling in football decisions continues to kill the product. Jose, and now Conte. My choices would be Enrique, Spalletti or Frank.
