I saw Ibrahimovic training with the primavera game alongside his 18 year old son. It would be nice to see an Ibra Jr. but whatever he does, it will be pretty difficult to match or even come close to what Zlatan has done in the last 20 years.

So DDR was hired on October 11th, 2022, and dismissed on 14 February 14th, 2023, leaving SPAL in eighteenth place in the Serie B league table. I think he only managed them for 16 games.
Yes. Very weak performance against Milan. I'm beginning to doubt whether they can push top four anymore. Maybe Bologna beats them for a place in Europe too. Motta is doing a great job there.
Still blows my mind Napoli lost Insigne, Koulibaly, Fabian, and Mertens and are now running away with the league. Kvara is a cheat code right now.
I think they signed quite a few young players and players playing for smaller clubs before that looked promising but we really didn't know what to expect them, or didn't know how they'd fare in a big club. Very luckily, many of those players turned out to have a lot of talent and make big jumps. The young ones really hit it off, and the older players were probably a lot better than we thought but went kind of unnoticed in the past because they were playing for smaller clubs.
I originally would’ve that that Napoli running away with the title might be somewhat due to inconsistency and problems in other Serie A teams but they’re doing exceptional in the Champions League as well.
So Milan draw. My conclusion is we're all shit and nobody actually wants top 4. Everyone is out to secure that sole 5th spot.
Kvara and Osi are special players who can terrorize teams, then there's some really solid performers, guys like Lobo, DiLo, Anguissa, Min, Meret, etc, who do the less pretty things really well, but the real secret is Spalletti and Guintoli. They built the team and identified a very attractive, albeit functional style of play that motivated everyone to play without ego and believe something special could be achieved. It helped that no one expected anything of the players, that there was no pressure, and Serie A is not as strong as seasons past. Honestly, after the sale of those players this past summer, I figured ADL was ready to sell the club too and move his focus to Bari.
Ochao was very good, but I think the top clubs in Italy have to try to discover and invest in talent that can be resold at profit (another Allison). Frankly there needs to be more Italian players too.
