We'll see . Martyn Zeigler of The Times reports that “Man City will not be able to appeal any sanction to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, the one which overturned the UEFA ban.
It is the Premier League so yeah I agree who knows? However the fact they've brought over 100 charges against City is a step in the right direction . I read that the league also intends to investigate the years since 2018 as well so we'll see. I expect this will be a long drawn out process .
From the BBC The Premier League has charged Manchester City with more than 100 breaches of its financial rules following a four-year investigation. It has referred the club to an independent commission over alleged rule breaches between 2009 and 2018. It also accused City of not co-operating since the investigation started in December 2018. In a statement the Premier League said City breached rules requiring them to provide "accurate financial information that gives a true and fair view of the club's financial position". This information covered club revenue, which includes sponsorship income and operating costs. Further alleged breaches relate to rules requiring full details of manager remuneration - from the 2009-10 to 2012-13 seasons, when Roberto Mancini was in charge - and player remuneration between 2010-11 and 2015-16. The Premier League said City breached rules related to Uefa regulations, including Financial Fair Play (FFP), from 2013-14 to 2017-18, as well as Premier League rules on profitability and sustainability from 2015-16 to 2017-18. Why wouldn't they include 2019 to date in that investigation?...if they've breached "more than 100" times before then - wouldn't it be feasible that they are continuing to do so...or are they trying to pin this solely on Mancini's ManCity?
They have to start/stop somewhere. I imagine they've started new investigations into citeh and the chavs.

When is the 2014 title parade? The downside to them stripping citeh of titles is the scum would add a few more as well.
Would be hilarious if in the year Arsenal win their first title for 2 decades Liverpool and ManU win 3 each.
very good synopsis of the MC situation https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...premier-league-charges-key-questions-answered
If they are found guilty that could possibly be leading to fifth place club each of those season suing them for lost cl income i guess.
This is the opportunity for the Prem League to put a stop to this kind of nonsense where clubs with a bottomless pot of money manipulate the game to their advantage. The penalties and consequences to City should be severe and be serious enough of a deterrence send a clear message that sport doping and cheating like this will not be tolerated.
Their titles and trophies need to be stripped. They don't need to be awarded to us/ManU (would be nice) - but they need to be taken. They should also be relegated to the Championship, and even start the next season with a 20 pt deduction.
