Liverpool is suffering a bit, but Leeds's win at Anfield is still Liverpool's only home loss all season, all competitions (15 matches).

Refereeing in the Premiership has always been seriously wonky.

Leeds is one of those teams that get few calls.

I’ll be honest….I woke up feeling the way I do on a big US team match day. I’m pretty stoked to watch this.

Adams but no Wes or Brenden. Brenden is fair and I assume Wes will start against Man United.

    7 lefties by the way.

For clarity, Aaronson and McKennie are both on the bench for this one.

I don’t feel Bamford or Harrison. Still feel like they need a striker. But they are saying he’s regained form.

Would love and expect to see McKennie come in for Harrison around 60 minutes. I’m curious to see if they keep the exact formation they have been playing or tweak it a bit with McKennie later.

Leeds have been the better team early but nothing to show for it yet. Too bad that Ngonto couldn’t get a second chance at his early shot.
Oh yeah, it was Tyler “he doesn’t progress the ball forward” Adams who got the ball to Ngonto.

JFC, it’s just soooo Leeds to dominate early but be behind on the score board

Looking okay. But okay isn't going to cut it. They need results.

Why wasn't Strujik upgraded upon? It makes no sense. Classic defensive lapse by Leeds, after controlling the game.

    That was a great volley.

    Really unfortunate for Leeds.

Marsch has got to be in trouble if they don’t pick up a win here right? They haven’t won a PL match since the first week of November…

Edging closer to the drop. They definitely show promise, but goals like that one are going to be the end of Marsch's time at Leeds. Bamford's time needs to be over. And yes, Struijk needs to go. How the hell can WhoScored have him as the highest rated player? https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/19/Show/England-Leeds

I’m hopeful (maybe dumb of me) that if Leeds keep playing as they did in the first 10 minutes or so, they will get back into the game.
Forest have settled since their goal, which, according to the commentators, shouldn’t have counted since the Forest guy who was fouled was offside in the first place.

No. If he loses, there should be an inquest. But as a relegation-battler, why should they be expected to win on the road against a team in 13th?

I think it's fair to expect a draw though. And then if they don't at least get that, they certainly need to pick up some points in 2 matches v. clubs of Man U's ilk. If you can't beat the lower, middle, or upper teams; what good is your "system" then.

He'll be gone by the end of February at this rate. A nasty run of games beginning in March. If he lasts that long. They need some wins now.

Bamford had a small chance there but his touch was crap and let the ball get away from him

Wow, Struijk was so out of position there. This defense just needs to keep its shape.

Bamford is loafing around. Not buying the renaissance.

Leeds controls, controls, controls, then leaves both openings in behind, plus on the wings, because it's such a central attack. Opponents don't pick up a ton of chances, but they're high quality.

I keep trying to make excuses for Jesse, but I’m running out of them. This NF team is poor, from what I’m seeing. All CONCACAF tactics. Leeds really need 3 points today.

Commentators are right - this is the highest quality squad Marsch has had in his time with Leeds. And of the teams in the relegation battle, I do think the Leeds squad is better than other bottom dwellers but sometimes, it’s not the players…it’s the system. (See how Everton beat Arsenal yesterday)

Some glaring holes in this team. None of which McKennie solves for. Really strange signing when striker and LB are so dismal.

Well, Leeds did get Wober (defense) and Ritter (striker) in the January transfer window.
    Cripes Sinisterra!!!
To me, the commentators have called the game fair and might even sound like they’re rooting for Leeds
