He can't play until the work permit is issued and in his passport. If he plays without the work permit, then he is working illegally. There is no 3 month cushion. The GBE is part of the supporting evidence to the Home Office or whatever immigration is called this month.
In a thread full of horrendous and atrocious title suggestions, this is a high quality delivery on your part.
You can Leed a Wes to Yorkshire, but you can't make him Leed a club to the Champions League in half a season: Wes to... well, you know how it goes.
It’s almost a Sophie’s Choice for fans of Yanks in the next FA Cup match for Leeds and Fulham. It’s possible Fulhamerica could play Leeds United States of America in the 5th Round!
Good read. What concerns me a little are the stats he didn’t discuss - goals and assists. Leeds are a team in need of goals and hopefully in the chaotic Leeds system more will come for him.
Are they? They're 11th in the league in goals scored and are dead-on their xG. It's Larry, Moe, and Curly at the back that are their bigger issue. If McKennie can provide some solidity in front of them, that's a more valuable contribution.
Ummm, that was dope!! I’m SO PUMPED to watch these guys play together on club level. Shoot for Top 10 boys!!
WOW! Even more stoked for the game this Sunday. He should make an immediate impact and, while I agree that defense has been Leeds' bigger issue, controlling the midfield is one way to help out your defense and Wes can certainly help there. This should be fun!
His face has lost its babyfat, he must have his overall body fat down far as he's got a naturally chubby face, sorta a Matt Stafford situation.
