We should be so lucky as to have Mosquera score three goals from CB in a single world cup!

He was very unfortunate to get injured so early on in England. That pretty much sealed his fate.

When healthy he is also a fantastic Prem quality CB. Mina is the most misunderstood player with the Colombian fan following for some reason - the things one reads on Twitter from supposed Colombian fans about him are crazy.

He is an absolute liability from a health standpoint but he's really good.

This to say that I would LOVE for Mosquera to be half as good as Yerry.

This kid has been playing VERY well in MLS. In my opinion, he is the best CB Colombia has after Cuesta and Lucumi, at the moment.

    Scored last night:

Highly agree this kid is class. His speed and strength has been really impressive. So far the best CB in MLS right now. If he keeps this up if Wolves get relegated I can see them using him as a starter in the championship or I can see a better European team picking him up in the summer. Should be called up for the summer friendlies. I would rather call him to take Davidson’s spot.

Yeah the tiny bits of him I saw made me think he was the real deal, thats why I was so annoyed they sent him to the MLS.

However, if he's good he's going to like Baresi playing in the MLS.

He's definitely worth calling him if he continues at his level

Loved his game at Nacional during the Libertadores but the injury in England obviously made him disappear off the radar.
Glad he is doing well in MLS.

he was playing then got injured was shocked he got loaned to the MLS but kid is still pretty young. Hope he works out and the Valencia kid chooses us. We some solid CBs for the next 10+ years

Honestly it was a blessing, a young guy in a new country at a club that has gone through a few managers in a short period this gave him the chance to play with much less pressure while recovering from injury and have the chance to be a leader at the back. I was surprised when he went to MLS but its worked out fantastically with the timing.
