Dream scenarios which reality has been very far from.

His mom isn't settling and we can't afford to buy him then pay him.

Firmino's contract expires this summer. If we have a non-EU spot he would be a very good option for a couple of years.

Why would we sign a go kart if we have a Ferrari?

I think we need a muscle car to compliment the Ferrari

Yup- we have an absolute gem in Nico Paz

Not sure if him taking the Ceballos role is best for his development but at the same time a lot of these loans have worked out to be ass

Maybe a bit too early for him, but for sure Arribas, Tobias, Alvaro Rodriguez, and Mario Martin could have contributed at parts of this season. Instead Carlo decided to dedicate time to Hazard and Mariano.

I can imagine those conversations with Perez wouldn't have been pleasant but then again if I had to choose between Hazard and youth, I'm going with youth.

No manager should volunteer to work with athletes that don't put in the work.

I'm unsure if he'd want to sign for Madrid after the entire Vinicius fiasco. Why subject yourself to this kind of treatment every week when you have a choice?

That's really surprising, because I would put City ahead of 'Pool in the race for Jude.

Unless something substantial happens in 24 hours, the club hasn't even finalized the Fran Garcia deal!

As much as I trust Fabrizio's sources, I'll wait for the official news regarding Bellingham.

That said, the club better have a damn solid Plan B for Jude and several other players in key positions: striker, LB, RB and RW (highly unlikely this will be paid attention to).

I am not a fan of Benfica's Enzo Fernandez but he has one foot in Chelsea already, the other option is Barella.

Apparently we never entered the race for Porro though he was on Calafat's radar, remember we don't enter "bidding wars" particularly in the winter market and Carvajal has a solid good 3 years in him (since he plays 6 games per season).

Spanish dude, a very good RB that can play RW and his Release Clause is €45mil.

I have a hard time seeing Bellingham go to Liverpool when they are long shots to qualify for the CL next year.

You have Arsenal & City as probably solid bets for the top 4 next year. Newcastle is in the top 4 this year and haven't even gone a shopping spree yet. United are looking to grab a top 4 this year and can always go on a shopping spree in the summer to fill in the gaps in their squad. Then you got Chelsea spending money like they are playing a video game.

So its not even a solid bet that Liverpool will finish top 4 next year.

So Bellingham is going to sign up for potentially 2 years of non-CL football?

I hope this deal falls apart just to provide more RB options in the summer. If you are going to play with a disjointed formation where there is really no RW, then a RB like Porro kind of makes sense. He is basically a one man attack on the right. Similar to Hakimi.

It's all good, just like Cama was converted into a LB, Fede and Rodrygo into a RWs, we can have Eder Militao as a RB – he played there for the Selecao. Lunin can be Benzema's backup and presto we have a squad of makeshifts that doesn't need reinforcements..smh

In the end Jude will go where HE wants to go, some people are behaving like if we just make an offer for him he'll just sign for us, which is unrealistic, the only thing any of this depends on is what Jude wants, and maybe he just wants the EPL.

The idea that the club is doing nothing just because we hear rumours of Liverpool being the favoured destination doesn't make sense, if we want him i'm sure we are trying to get him but no one can force him to choose us, it's always been the players' decision.

Exactly like how PSG wanted Tchou and he chose us, and others wanted Vin and he chose us and so on and so forth, for some players it's more than just about getting the biggest contract out there, which would clearly be the case with Jude if he chose Liverpool, and wouldn't surprise me in the least taking into consideration the kind of person i think he is, not just about the money
