Aha. And "UNITY" was aptly chosen for the background this photo. As they were showing unity for Beth Mead who's mum died a few days before. Very tough period for her on several fronts.
Some very nice shots in here: 50 of the best photos from our derby day win! | Post-Match Gallery | News | Arsenal.com Including these... One thing that does indeed continue to come across with this squad, this season, is UNITY. Though I suppose that's kinda easy when you've gotten the results we have?
Richarlison will avoid FA charge for altercation with Aaron Ramsdale on Sunday. The incident was seen and managed by the match officials and there is no evidence for retrospective action. @MailSport— Sami Mokbel (@SamiMokbel81_DM) January 19, 2023
If true, even more evidence there are two sets of rules in the FA: 1. The (Stricter) Rule enforcement for Arsenal 2. The Rules for everyone else
BTW, new thread will be up later today. Curious to see what happens with Citeh in the meantime. I guess we need to root for a draw. Though I must say this is one of those rare rare occasions that I'm slightly tempted to root for the Scum.
Next thread is up https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/arsenal-vs-yanited-epl-22-jan-2023.2124361/ p.s. Just one thread at a time, one thread at a time.
A few others have had a go at this, but I don’t want to let it die so quietly. What the actual fvck are we looking at here? Players remonstrate with the ref in a manner that is consistent with actions in basically every match…team is charged with misconduct and fined. A player shoves an opposing player in the face…no action. This is so far beyond discriminatory it’s a joke.
Another great image, I just came across on the club's website. By far the best one of the jump-shot celebration that I've seen...
Yeah. Odegaard said that there’s something about their game they think is similar to basketball, but he didn’t elaborate on what that was.
There's a reason why even Everton cut his ass loose a few years back, the guy is a loose cannon, a troublemaker and a ticking time bomb. He did the same shit when he was with them too.
I wonder how much Arlo White likes that filthy Saudi oil $$$ doing that sham of a golf tour those PGA TURNCOATS are playing in that'll go tits up in a few years due to not having a TV contract in the US!!! That $$$ came at the expense of a Washington Post journalist who was systematically assassinated and dismembered by the Saudi prince and his henchmen because he didn't like his opinions of him or his government. Face it, LIV Golf is irrelevant to the mainstream sports world much like the USFL and XFL compared to the NFL and every other league that has tried to compete against any of the Big 5 leagues here in North America, the WHA (hockey), AFL (football), and the ABA (basketball) all failed and LIV Golf will soon fail as well. Same thing with the AWA, WCCW, UWF, TNA, WCW, ECW, Jim Crockett Promotions/NWA and soon, AEW, all the rest failed to compete with the WWE and soon AEW will join them as well.
Well I too am a big thumbs down on the dirty LIV golf. But I wouldn't bet against it succeeding, because sadly money makes the world go round. Rather than morals, ethics, human rights, legality, etc, etc... sigh. But anyway, thanks for that little clue about Arlo White. I've been wondering what he shuffled off to after his NBC contract, I just never bothered to look him up. My opinion of him just dropped a notch or two.
BTW @NorthBank , NEWS FLASH: I just found out last night online that The CW has nabbed up exclusive US TV rights to televise LIV Golf this year, yet another reason why not to watch The CW, in which, you have to admit is where shit goes to die after being rejected by the Big 4 networks. The CW, much like LIV Golf, is irrelevant to most people in this country and is only around because of CBS and their $$$.
