As you know, Trump is in legal trouble not because he possessed confidential documents, but because he foolishly refused to give them back. He's under possible indictment for obstruction of justice, not for being in possession of confidential documents. How, in God's name, has Biden been obstructing justice in this case? He and his people informed the National Archives of these materials immediately after finding them.

 

Maybe he declassified them by thought!

(And has since forgot he did so, given Republicans believe he has dementia.)
