Joined from Welling. Was on the Channel 4 doc recently.

Used as a RB mainly for the U18s but I think he will end up playing further forward.

No call up for Palace centre half Mofe Jemide again? Was not in the squad for Euro Qualifiers in October also. Impressed at the Nordics in August.

He's not injured so assume they are looking elsewhere.

Travis Akomeah suffered a nasty looking ankle injury in the FAYC for Chelsea today. Had to be taken off on a stretcher. Not sure whether he was selected or not but this would obviously affect his involvement for this camp.

Squad seems a bit experimental. Perhaps because these fixtures clash with the prestigious FA youth cup. Finley McAllister was in the crowd at Old Trafford against Charlton so he's not selected. I'd guess from his Instagram account that Jayden Meghoma is with the squad.:cautious:

Wonder if they'll try and schedule one more set of fixtures before the elite round in late March. The Netherlands who will host our qualifying section are playing Germany, Spain & Portugal next month as a comparison.

Coach Ryan Garry has used three/five at the back for many of the games so far. I'd guess Kporha will play as a wing back.

Is Jemide better than his Palace defensive partner Jake Grante? The latter attended an U15 training camp at St George's Park but now starts for Republic of Ireland. Heard good things about him.

From what I have seen of both of them at Palace and Jemide for England, Jemide looks the more accomplished player. Has a bit of everything. Both got promising futures.

People will overreact if they lose, but it's just another example of how many different players they look at in these younger age groups.

Must be fairly experimental, Callum Logan is a club U16 at Ipswich

I've not been too impressed by Ryan Garry's management so far. Been a big step backwards. Seems players weren't ready from the start tonight

    Currently 5-0 to England o_O

Chiwome got his hat-trick & the other scorers unknown atm.

Germany haven't even rotated that much, just two changes from the first game.

Mental how we lost 3-0 in the first game and then win 6-0 the second game…guess that’s U17’s football for you but still the swing is bizarre unless there are circumstances we’re not aware of like sendings off or something.

6-0 as well, it’s not like we’re playing some minor Nation…but then we lost 5-0 to Poland..

look how many players are being used from so many different clubs. Some of them won’t have even played against eachother before, let alone together.

Yeah, I guess it’s why we shouldn’t be so judgmental at this stage about how this age group is progressing which is something I’ve been guilty of to be honest.

Do you think Ryan Garry will take a similar squad to this one for elite rounds of qualifiers in March? Or will it change much?

Nwaneri, Lewis-Skelly & Morgan will all definitely come in provided they're fit. There's also Tommy Setford who's now back & was playing up with the '05s pre-injury.

The rest is difficult to predict, there's plenty of options.
