I kept seeing this guy on Oxford who looked like the spitting image of Jacob Murphy. Then I thought nah, I must just be exaggerating the likeness. Well actually I just found out it's in fact his twin brother Josh Murphy!

    Well done by Turner.

    Less well done by Holding.

Turner with a VITAL stop in a one-on-one break. He showed his cool there. Although at the same time I also thought he looked nervous right before the block.

Probably need to sign 2 midfielders this January based on this performance. All of the backups are trash.

It's also hard when you get rotated into a match like this, I get it. But you're right--this is extremely rough.

73' Saka sitting down with some sort of leg issue. Hammie? EXCELLENT!

Edit: After he walked off down the touch line, he didn't look good for playing real soon

Not even close to a coincidence that taking off Lokonga and Tierney resulted in us cantering to the conclusion of this match

Very hard to play any sport to a high level when you only get game time every couple of months

Eddie again! 3-0 Nice setup by Martinelli. Ice cold finish by Eddie to dink it over their GK.

Think we just did. If it's a hammie, even a low grade one, it's hard to imagine him 100% for the NLD. Not happy.

Edit: hopefully I'm very wrong. Just caught Mikel's post-match interview and he quickly and dismissively said "he's fine!" and moved on.

Had to run a call for work, but had game on in background for last half hour. Looks like ESR(!!!) came in for Saka, and Martinelli shifted to center and Eddie shifted to the right so ESR could play on the left.

Eddie scores a second shortly after: 0-3 us
