Hoping Croatia can prove me wrong.

I'm sad Brazil lost but I'd love to see Modric win a WC. I think I'd cry real tears.

Scum - absolute scum. I cannot wait for them to be humbled. But it seems they have the refs in their pocket.

Massive news coming out of Qatar.

Grant Wahl who is the biggest journalist covering the US team and just a few weeks ago was detained by Qatar authorities for wearing a rainbow shirt has passed away after collapsing in the Argentina/Netherlands game.

Exciting finishes to both matches today. I join those of you who are counting on Luka and co to put this scummy Argentina out.

RIP to Grant Wahl. Dude loved the sport and seemed like a stellar individual in general. Sad stuff.

The only team that is left that could potentially beat Argentina in the final is France.

Unless Croatia or France wins, this might be the first world cup in sometime which doesn't have an active Real Madrid player isn't on the winning squad. Really pulling for those two teams now that Brazil is out.

Look at how dirty he is; acts like a humble saint then shows his true colors.

    Argentina are in fact Atletico.

Come on man. That’s a massive exaggeration. People miss penalties all the time. It’s a one off. When he scores the next one all the negativity will be flushed away. He didn’t even miss the deciding one.

I still don’t understand how Argentina finished that match with 11 players. What a collection of dirtbags from top to bottom.

Croatia deserves every bit of success but I think the train finally runs out of steam now. Gonna have to rely on France (ugh).

Which one is even your team by now? You're switching them up by the minute.

    I love it.

It's funny because when we had Ramos hacking and slashing guys up it was "pure warrior mentality, what a lad" but when others do it it's all cries and complaints.

And you still continue to support these A-holes. Great!

Modric to other football teams be like :

Ramos doesn’t get fangirling refs around him though! If he were to commit one of the fouls Messi did he’d have been sent off! That’s where the frustration stems from. Messi should have been carded long before 120’.

Before you root for France, think that after the final whistle the first thing Mbappe and that PSG guy are going to do is call out Florentino like they won it against Madrid.

Just enjoy the carnage and take it for what it is. Nobody remembers how you won it.
