Oh. I have been. The problem is, they don't remove you from their master list. They just remove you from the list for the specific campaign whose email you clicked the unsubscribe email for. Since my email isn't actually removed from their master list, this means I'll get spammed every time a new campaign or political action fundraising begins.
This goes for phone numbers as well. I know I am on some master list in Arizona that gets passed around. At least the Dems have stopped texting me. But people keep trying to buy my house...that I never lived in and never owned.
My biggest interest is the turnout. Dem votes compared to Nov. Rep votes compared to Nov. And all votes compared to Nov.
Walker is about 30k/1.25% ahead with about 2.4mil counted. Projected 3.3million cast. Warnock needs about 53/47 split of remaining votes to win. Still premature for this kind of talk. Needs to be closer to 90% reported, or 3million, to start parsing districts. Edit: AND, as I typed this on my phone, Walker jumps to a 25k vote lead.
CNN has Walker up 8,211, but the five highest population counties have many votes to go. The state has 78 percent. Fulton has 55, Cobb has 68, DeKalb has 45, Gwinnett has 67, and Clayton has 77, so all are below the state percentage of votes in. Edit: DeKalb added votes to give Warnock a lead of 30,117 and get DeKalb up to 65 percent in.
I think Warnock's win will be between 0.2 and 1.5 percent. Beyond that I have no clue; turnout isn't down uniformly so I can't really see the trend.
I'm getting this at NYT Nate Cohn We’ve taken the needle off the page while we investigate irregularities with the precinct-level data that powers our estimates.
Insane this is still close three hours after the polls closed. NBC just called it. Fox has not, saying there is "a chance" for Walker to pick up. Edit: Two minutes after I posted, Fox has called it for Warnock!!!!
