Are there any luggage storage facilities at the airport!?
How long can they hold the luggage for? Their prices?

I have a flight at 4AM on the 7th, and I will directly go with a taxi from Lusail. Wondering how to sort out my luggage issue.

Any other alternatives?

 

OK - I will see if I can find a spare M59 from friends (this is possible but not certain) and let you know. Obviously I can buy for cash now, but I completely understand if the swap would be preferable to you.

Then go to Education City from there for M55 and carry on like usual? So when I come back to Lusail for M56, I will already have my Luggage there.

I can pick it up and go directly to the airport.
Do you think this is possible? Will they allow to leave my luggage at Lusail this early?

I left Al thumama last night at the 70th minute for Al bayt , by the time I reached the hub some buses had departed.

 

The only luggage storage place I could find near the airport is in the airport metro station. It is called Tawfeeq luggage storage. Problem is I don't think it is open in the morning when you need it and also it is woefully inadequate in terms of capacity. I wanted to use it last week and when I went there the place was packed to the roof and there was a queue of people waiting to drop their bags in.

The organisers missed a trick with airport luggage storage. In Japan most large train stations have coin operated lockers. They would have worked a charm in Qatar.

I would suggest go to a pharmacy, and tell them your symptoms. They will be happy to help. At least it has been my case with the pharmacy ay City Centre Mall.

Maybe you got COVID, so no antibiotics would work.

I have and I had a very good experience. I went to Hamad General Hospital. I had the flu and I wanted antibiotics which required a prescription. I went at about 2:30a in the morning. There is a separate section for international HAAYA visitors. They took my Haaya checked me in. Doc was on a tea break for half an hour so had to wait a bit. Checked my throat, I told him all I need is a presc and he wrote it. Went to the pharmacy and I tried to pay they said it was free.

So all in all 2hrs in and out with a presc and the drugs from the pharmacy next doors with zero charge. They were excellent.
