The so called 'star players' have failed miserably in this WC. Messi being the best which says everything. pretty much why England will win it. We have no star players except two, but overall a much better team than anyone.

I don't care how long Poland didn't advance. They literally showed up like cowards not even trying to advanced and backed into the next round. They don't deserve it and they are a horrible team.

Croatia v Belgium has been awful. I mean, Belgium are playing like a draw would suit them and they are going out on a draw. They need to play 3-4-3 all-out-attack in the second half. If they don't, they should be banned from Euro 2024, what a shit-show they have been.

It's not quite France 2010, but it's in that area. Not sure if Americans were made aware of that insanity back then, but it was a massive scandal. It took France six years to regain their status as a great footballing national team, when they got to, but lost the final of Euro 2016 to Portugal, that legendary extra-time winner by Eder, a forgotten player now.

I'd rather see Belgium out and see Spain play Croatia on Monday. That would be a great game.
