Pellestri has pace and some tricks, maybe give him some game time over Elanga?

    1. France
    2. Brazil
    3. Spain
    4 Portugal
    5. England
    6. Argentina
    7. Netherlands
    8. Germany
    9. Morocco
    10. Croatia

    Dropout:
    Uruguay

Spain not yet qualifying for the second round see them drop a spot to Brazil.

With Neymar being out, Brazil does lack a little bit of presence which show today and that puts them behind France for the top spot.

Croatia and Morocco presents a problem. I think Morocco has the easier game so should make it comfortably to the next round. Croatia will have to get past Belgium who while being poor could make things tricky. Upon reflection Morocco should be in the rankings.

Uruguay is underwhelming, has all the makings of what a top team should be experienced with the old guard talented younger players and supposedly know how but just can't seem to put it together. They're out Morocco is in. Croatia props up the rankings.

Germany jumps up a spot as they should comfortably get past Costa Rica who can be tricky but I can't see Germany blowing their chance.

His style of play, he doesn't need any special circumstances to do well. He can drop deep, he can carry the ball. He's powerful and cultured.

But imo, yesterday he looked annoyed to be playing from the wing, especially in a team that couldn't keep the ball. He didn't track back aggressively.

Pretty much the same in my country Kenya. Easy African football is severely underdeveloped. Many kids have give up on football as a career.

Scouting is also not based at all on merit. Players have to pay to actually get a game.

I can see why. Both Michy and Trossard are second picks for their positions despite having been on way better form than Lukaku and Hazard. The latter barely played and got injured all year.

I can see why they would be upset.

    Pellistri is showing something.

Given Elanga performances, there is a case for Elanga going on loan and Pellistri being the one to spot for Anthony.

Dont think will make any difference - there are apparently sensors in the ball and Fifa go on that (Adidas sent them report showing no change).

Darwin has to learn to stay on his feet.
Courtois stole Kev's girl awhile back. They haven't spoken to each other for a long time.

Imo end of a cycle. Belgium not the force they were 4 years ago.

Question - what would you say is stopping a Senegal from winning a world cup? I can't see them winning four knock out games to triumph but I wonder why. They can beat anyone on any given day. Same thing for Morocco and Cameroon...

Anyway good game Happy for Senegal. Ecuador played well and maybe they can get it together for the next world cup.

Can they have a bad day and still grind it out? If yes then they can win.
