Watching the Arsenal women play at the Grove right now. And noticing covered-up Rugby lines on our pitch. Do we do that? Apparently. For whom?

I'm shocked you can recognize rugby lines [ I can't] but didn't know this was happening.

who cares? i'd rather have a woman who knows their shit than some dipshit who cannot understand a blatantly obvious transfer strategy because it's by a rival team while not being able to see garbage from a team he played for and support.

Saka should play all of 7 minutes at the World Cup and England should lose the final on penalties after Kane plays 120 minutes in the R16, QF, SF, and Final.

    Aha!

Well I guess if there was a legitimate use of our pristine pitch it would be the Rugby WC?

And let me guess... the only way to watch it will be to pay 6 quid as a PPV online? (I'm not going on Arsenal.com to confirm b/c I don't want to spoil the result of the other Juve match that just happened with our gals, which I hope to watch later today)

so, apparently, our losses for the 2021-22 financial year was £45.5million, an improvement on 2020-21 which posted a loss of £107.3million. lack of european play in 21-22 was their cited reason for the loss.

    some interesting bits of details:

for contrast purposes, united recorded a £115.5million loss for the 2021-22 financial year and city turned a £41.7million profit.

It’s like I predicted after the first couple of games .. the refs are letting too much go .
The cynical players know they can whack a few even injure them ( Neymar now Jesus ) without even getting a warning !!

Two of the world’s best forwards are now effectively out of the WC .

Also Messi and Mitrovic , Foden , Kane plus tigers are all carrying ankle / foot injuries.

Damn right. And it seems an especially bad decision, given the tiny buffer time before/after this silly winter WC.

Anyone know how Ainsley M-N has been doing at Soton? I'm not advocating for his return or anything, just interested on how he's been getting on?

This doesn't fully answer your question or does it?

Arsenal loanee Ainsley Maitland-Niles starts for Southampton in their Premier League trip to Fulham today.

It's only his fifth league start of the season and his first under Nathan Jones.

Chelsea apparently trying to pinch this guy from under your noses

I’d be gutted to lose our in Mudryk who will be amazing for Arsenal

João Félix to Chelsea is apparently a done deal … 12 months loan costing Chelsea £10 million … plus his £8 million wages .

No clause saying they HAVE to buy him after 12 months

That’s a relief as it means they won’t be trying to pinch the fabulous Mykhailo Mudryk

Wow on top of getting Mudryk I’ve seen rumours of a summer swap deal where we lose Saka but gain Grealish !!

There’s also rumours that we can get Raphinha from Barcelona in the summer to cover for losing Saka !!
