I don't think Argentina will take a chance 'cause there could be a potential match-up with France in the next round if they lose and other results don't go their way for first place
If Poland starts game 3 with 3 points or more then yes I agree with you. Other than that, it would just be a huge risk.
From my point of view, I personally think deciding games will be at the 3rd games for the World Cup for the following reasons: 1) They would only have like 2 to 3 weeks to train with each other before their 1st game. Doesn't give them a lot of time to work together. 2) most teams would not like to lose the 1st game therefore, I'm assuming they would play very cautiously and a draw would be a good result (solely depending on who they play in the 1st game) 3) Teams would like to top the group to avoid tougher opponents. But there will be instances that tougher opponents might end up 2nd also. So it would depend. So, taking the above into consideration, I think most games would come down to the 3rd game
Also Argentina fans acting like taking 6 making knockout is an inevitability. No team I want knocked out at the group more than them.... Maybe Mexico, but I'm a stickler for traditions and a R16 loss seems fitting for them.
Finally some order in the universe. Way to go Argentina! And you guys wonder why ARG matches are so difficult to get hahaha
Which do you guys think would be the better game - GER/CR or ESP/JP? Same time, and got tix to both on different accounts (gonna send one back to resale). I think the better game to see would be GER/CR but wondering if JP travels well. Thoughts?
I personally would to for ESP/JP cause I think that would be more entertaining with the simular style of play with both teams.
Agree, and I believe it will be more competitive as well with Japan possibly still having a chance of reaching the round of 16. I think that chance will be lower for Costa Rica.
What's up with Hungary? Seems pretty random, unless they have a crazy traveling football fanbase or maybe a bunch of touts.
It's still there, but strangely it's only visible of you login via the fcfs-intl.fwc22.tickets.fifa.com link. Not via the resale link.
It's summer and many expats from Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Serbia, Kosovo are coming home (in vacation) from Western Europe (Italia, Germany, Austria). Huge traffic on main hungarian motorway.
