Bellingham is playing in Germany as a teenager and not missing a beat.

I really like Wirtz but he seems to be strictly an AM so he can't fit any formation. I know he has played occassionally on the right but I haven't seen those games.

Some are high on Barella but I have never really rated him as high as most people. There is a good chance that by the time Real Madrid has to buy next summer some new names will pop up. This is really a conversation for next summer.

Casemiro and Modric will play at the first 11, Hazard doesnt have important role in the club for now, lets pray that we get RW

Barella. But he'd probably cost 80 ME next summer and we are unlikely to spend that much again on a midfielder. Carlo publicly courted him to join Napoli but he chose Inter. Was impressive in the Euros.

An aspect of this that hasn’t been mentioned is Id love to see what version of Casemiro you get if he has serious competition for his role. He’s only 30.

Tchouameni, a player with ambition, unlike that other Monaco product ;)

I would love to see what version you get when he doesn't have to play every game whether in form or not. :p

I'm a simple (yet stubborn lol) man. For me it is only Bellingham.. the same way it was only Camavinga.

I'm not saying Tchouameni isn't the real deal. He is. I'm just saying in a couple years if Camavinga doesn't explode creatively people will complain.

Tchouameni isn't even a pure DM. He has more to his game.

    It's just Valverde must start.
    ....Camavinga must start.
.....Tchouameni is €80M... he must start.

You can't add another big money CM that must start. Therefore it is Bellingham or Tchouameni. My preference is Bellingham.

Tchouameni. The best product to come out of Monaco since Thierry Henry.

Agreed; the difference is he understands the value of the playing at the highest level institutions week-in and week-out while the other thinks it's all about money/national pride.

I know who will end his career with more regrets...

Bellingham is likely to end up in the PL if we’re honest. Manure will likely come with a giant offer next year, and I reckon it would be a gamble to pass on Tchouameni in the sliver of hope on landing Bellingham next year.

Reports seem a little weird saying he declined the offer even though both clubs agreed. I want this wrapped up quick.

Hope he isn’t deciding to go join his buddy at PSG.

We wouldn’t agree terms with Monaco if we didn’t get a green light from the player himself first.

you need 4 players for three spots, Bellingham is English and thus marketable so Perez would spend to get him.

It is not out of the question as you make it sound to be, of course, teams interested in him, playing time and wages, as well as player preferences, will come into play and we might not be ahead of other clubs or as willing to pay as other clubs in need.

all I m saying is Madrid could still land him but we shouldn't miss out because of that.

He is a Bordeaux product, not Monaco.

Haven't seen a single report say that, plus it's Tchoumeni that's in agreement with Madrid not Monaco as of now.

    https://www.espn.com/soccer/real-ma...monaco-midfielder-aurelien-tchouameni-sources

Espn FC's sources say Aurelien Tchouameni is very close to signing with RM for €80 million transfer fee. Five year contract. Apparently prefers Real Madrid to Liverpool.

The good news is that AS Monaco learned to never include an "extension bonus" on future players they sell to PSG. After PSG had Mbappe "sign on" rather than renew, they avoided paying €45 million to Monaco. I'm sure they'll remember that the next time the Qataris come to negotiate for one of their players. That's good news for Real Madrid as we have a good relationship with them (James, Fabinho) and they're known for developing top young talent.

It was something along these lines. Might just be Twitter BS rumors but this whole Mbappe fiasco has me paranoid.

Here we go again; honestly, once the final is done. I'm going back into hibernation until the new season begins. Too much heartache and stress over nothing.

The important thing is that Tchouameni wants Real Madrid over the other clubs, as long as we can reach a deal with Monaco he'll come.
